New Residents: Start Here!

Welcome to Lake Charlene! If you have just moved to our community, we are glad you are here. We look forward to getting to know you and your family.

Please read our LCHA Covenants and Restricitions if you have not done so already. Please also consider getting involved in making Lake Charlene a wonderful place to live. There are several neighborhood committees and a Neighborhood Watch group. See the Our Contact page.

You also need to join this website as a member, where residents have access to more than 50 pages of helpful private content, including newsletters, directory, neighborhood history, and much more. Click "Request Member Access" in the Membership box on the right side.

And, we need all new residents to complete the Directory Information Form so that we can include you in our community. There are various neighborhood activies throughout the year, and this is the avenue by which you can stay informed. It also really helps in getting to know your neighbors.

And, we need all residents to join Neighborhood Watch to maintain our neighborhood's outstanding safety record.

We use AppFolio to manage our HOA. We will send you and invite email and text (cell phone) inviting you to activate your account with AppFolio. You can then choose if you wish to opt-in Electronic communications.
