Message from the Lake Charlene Homeowners Association admins:

Welcome! All residents of Lake Charlene may have access to the private content of the Lake Charlene website, including the private Calendar, private Neighborhood Directory, and many more Pages and Links with our neighborhood history, LCHA newsletters and board minutes, and community activities.

The LCHA requires your User Name to be your first and last names (just as you would introduce yourself to a neighbor, for example: John Doe). Also, include your street address in the "Message to site admin" (below) so that only residents become members.

All residents should join the All Homeowners email list. The LCHA uses this to inform re. meetings and important info. (All email addresses are secure, as emails are sent to blind copies.)

All residents also should join the Neighborhood Watch email list. By this you simply agree to keep an eye out for your neighbors, and you will receive a monthly security tip by email. All meetings are optional.

Lake Charlene Lakefront Homeowners This list includes only the 30 home and condo owners directly on Lake Charlene. Lake Joanne Lakefront Homeowners This list includes only the 11 homes directly on Lake Joanne. Neighborhood Watch The LC Neighborhood Watch consists of neighbors who simply keep an eye out on surrounding homes for security. Please join this list to be informed of alerts and best practices. (No other obligations.) Optional meetings held occasionally for updates. Waterfront Homeowners This list includes all waterfront homeowners, including those directly on Lake Charlene, Lake Joanne, and the canals. If you are on one of the lakes, please join both that list and this one.
